To start your return, please e-mail [email protected] for a return form. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, any returns done in store are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt. 

In store pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for in store pickup. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt. 

In store purchases: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for in store purchases. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt. 

Layaways: All layaways are a final sale. To reserve your item, a 20% deposit or more is needed. Layaways must be picked up within 30 days. The LEX team is not responsible for contacting clients to ensure pickup. Failure to complete the purchase of your layaway within 30 days will result in a forfeit of your deposit. 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange:

• Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code. 
• All jewelry
• All accessories 
•  

*Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 1st and December 24 may be returned until January 8 the following year. The returned items still need to fulfill the return criteria mentioned above (tags on, unused).
